Our metal
solutions

Robust metal components for extreme temperatures, pressure, and chemicals

Metal seals and technical components are designed to meet the needs where elastomers or thermoplastics are not sufficient. They withstand extremely high pressures and temperatures, making them ideal for applications in demanding conditions. Their superior chemical resistance and long lifespan ensure performance in aggressive environments. With minimal leakage risk, metal seals are the preferred choice when safety and efficiency are critical.

Standard & Custom

Standard as well as custom sizes tailored to your needs.

Wide alloy selection

A wide selection of metal alloys available.

Metal-to-Rubber bonding

Metal-to-rubber bonding is also offered.

Spiral Wound Gaskets

Robust sealing for demanding applications

When you need a seal that can handle extreme temperatures, high pressures, and aggressive media.

These gaskets combine durability and flexibility to deliver maximum performance under even the most challenging conditions.

At Haagensen, we offer spiral wound gaskets specifically designed to meet the demands of industries such as oil and gas, and power generation.

Our gaskets are constructed from metal strips – typically stainless steel or other corrosion-resistant materials – wound together with a filler material like graphite or PTFE. This creates a reliable seal that reduces downtime and maintenance.

Do you need reliability in your most critical applications?

Let us find the right spiral wound gasket for you.

C-Rings

C-rings are the ideal solution when a seal is required to withstand extreme conditions such as high pressure, temperatures, or vacuum.

Thanks to their unique "C" shape in cross-section, they deform under compression to create a tight and reliable seal.

C-rings are perfect for demanding industries like oil and gas, where precision and reliability are crucial.

We offer custom-made C-rings manufactured from high-quality materials such as stainless steel and special alloys. Tailored to your specific needs, and designed to endure the most challenging environments, they give you peace of mind that your application will function flawlessly – even under extreme conditions.
