Following M Seals A/S’s acquisition of Haagensen A/S on 1 July 2025, we can now share further details about the upcoming integration of Haagensen into M Seals.

Haagensen A/S will cease operations as of 31 December 2025, after which all activities will be continued by M Seals A/S. This means Haagensen’s warehouse, office, production, and quality department will move from Allerød to Helsingør.

Timeline for Relocation and Temporary Closure
• Last shipping day from Haagensen: Wednesday, 10 December 2025
• Relocation begins: Thursday, 11 December 2025
• First shipping day after relocation: Friday, 2 January 2026

The move will take place in the weeks leading up to Christmas. M Seals and Haagensen will be closed between Christmas and New Year.

System Integration and Order Processing
As part of the integration, all data will be migrated from Haagensen’s ERP system to M Seals’ ERP system around the weekend of 13–14 December 2025.

All open orders, as well as orders received after 10 December, will be registered, delivered, and invoiced by M Seals A/S. All agreements and terms will continue unchanged.

From 11 December 2025, please direct all communication to M Seals using the contact details below. During the transition period up to 23 December, response times regarding previous Haagensen deliveries may be longer than usual, but we will do our best to respond as quickly as possible.

What We Kindly Ask You to Do
To ensure a smooth transition, please:
1. Set up M Seals A/S as a supplier in your system, if not already done.
2. Transfer open agreements and orders from Haagensen to M Seals after 10 December.
3. Review your needs leading up to 2 January 2026.
    o If you require goods before reopening, please place your order as soon as possible so we can ship before 10 December.
    o Please note that some items have longer lead times.
4. Update payment details so that payments from 1 January 2026 are made to M Seals A/S in accordance with the attached account information.

We will contact you directly if there are open orders affected by the relocation to arrange delivery before or after the shutdown period.
